regulation should be embraced and not feared.

Proper regulation does not only emanate from mandatory legal requirements, but from the desire of the market participants themselves to strengthen the environment in which they operate.

This industry is in its relative infancy and the current regulatory position reflects that situation. There are competing arguments from disparate voices in the industry: from centralised regulators, from national regulators and from self-defined trade associations. They differ in their opinions across the spectrum of contemporaneous issues.

At the Canna Consultants we believe that in order to foster and secure the long-term prosperity of the whole industry, that law must be adhered to.

We believe that the overwhelming majority of participants in this industry adhere to the same views that we do. We invite all such participants to make contact with us and engage our services, our experience and our vision for the future of the market that we all want to see succeed for the long-term, not just the short.
